Top 10 of 2012: Best Book Covers




What is Top 10 of 2012? It’s a fun-filled week where we look back at some of the best of “all things books” of 2012 and what books we’re looking forward to in 2013. 

This is an event hosted by Two Chick on Books, Fiktshun, Confessions of a Bookaholic, A Life Bound by Books and Magical Urban Fantasy. Today's topic is Top Ten Book Covers of 2012. Book covers are getting more beautiful each year so I had a little difficulty narrowing them down to ten. I also wish I could list some of 2013 releases so I can include some titles like Clockwork Princess and Splintered among others.

Here's my top ten list in no particular order:

    Awesome post! I absolutely LOVE the cover for Hollow, but it's not actually ever going to be published :(
    Anyway, the covers for Defiance, The Selection, and Of Poseidon are really awesome!! :)

    My Life Next Door and Meant To Be are adorable! Defiance is cool and pretty! Everneath is my favorite!

    I have a lot of your picks on my list as well! Like Everneath, Defiance, Of Poseidon and A Million Suns, so obviously I think they are great choices :) I hadn't seen the cover for Hollow before, but I love that one too.

    I adore that cover for A Million Suns! The UK one is totally different and nowhere near as nice. Great picks!

    HOW did I forget Defiance on my list?! I had that thought a few times when going through your list (um, pretty much every time it wasn't already ON my list). I guess we have pretty similar book cover taste! :) Fantastic picks, Dea and happy holidays! <3
